We had our panels installed 2 years ago and were ready to move up to a battery as well. Jaryd from Sunrun advised us on the panels, and we had no hesitation returning for battery help. During the site inspection, Jaryd was really helpful with busting some misconception about batteries, and worked well to get the right size for our property and needs. His advice on location was really good too, taking time to listen to our concerns, and help with a good outcome in a tricky situation. The installation process was quick and professional with a team who gave a lot of confidence, backed up by passing the inspection with no issues. Since being installed, the system has worked exactly to spec, without an issue. There's a very big difference between some of the "call-centre" based businesses who will flog you anything, and a more professional firm that actually visits and gives proper and well thought out advice, this is where Sunrun and Jaryd really showed the difference.

A very capable team of professionals. The whole process is very complex given the number of players involved, including the Vic Government body, but Sunrun made it very simple and clear. The installation went without a hitch on our heritage home.

I had my solar system installed by Sunrun Solar in 2021, and recently the system completely stopped working with Fault Code 39 and continuous inverter beeping. There has been zero energy generation for days, and this has now become a recurring issue where the system works briefly and then fails again. I have been following up repeatedly and waiting for a proper resolution, but the response has been slow and, at times, dismissive. Remote troubleshooting was attempted, but the issue persists and no permanent onsite fix has been arranged. This situation has caused financial loss, inconvenience, and concern about the safety of the system. I expected better after-sales support, especially for a system still under warranty. I hope the company takes this seriously and provides a proper technical resolution rather than temporary fixes. ****edit Just got a threatening call from Sunrun solar and they have advised me to go to VCAT and they will not do anything from their side as I wrote this review. Beware everyone, this can happen to anyone

Amazing service by Sunrun Solar and their team. From start to finish it felt like they knew exactly what they are doing. No pushy sales tactics, honest opinion and reliable people to deal. Installation was carried by their vetted installers. Took 2 days to complete the job due to the nature of the work but it was just smooth as silk. Price was perfect as well. If you want the quality job and fair price this mob is on the money. There were few cheaper quotes but had no confidence, were selling just on price. Well done Sunrun Solar, you have earned my trust and will recommend you to everyone I know. Great work by all.
