From the initial sales consultation with Nancy through to the installation with Ian and his installation team, Sunrise Innovations has been wonderful to deal with. Nancy was always helpful, responsive and happy to answer all my questions throughout the process. Ian and his installation team were professional, efficient and did a great job with the installation. The whole experience from sales through to installation has been smooth and positive. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Sunrise Innovations to anyone considering solar.

The company was such a pleasure to deal with. Every step was made easier by clear instructions and explanations and they listened to my concerns. The delivery and installation staff were punctual and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Chelsea was such a wonderful person to deal with as was Aaron. I highly recommend “Sunrise” for anyone who is looking for installation of renewable energy appliances. Can’t fault them. Five stars 🌟

I chose Sunrise Innovations from (Carlton, Victoria) after I had contacted 12 Solar/battery install companies with details of what system combination I was looking for. I checked all companies ABN, history, ASIC details and google reviews. Sunrise Innovations were priced well and I was comfortable with my decision making processes and my partner (wife) was also happy with my decision. On the day of install, crews arrived at my home at the scheduled time and quickly got to work, all the crew members were very respectful and well mannered and the site supervisor was extremely helpful and explained to us the procedure for the install. Thanks to Aaron and the install crew for all your help.

We had a great experience with Sunrise Innovations. The entire process was quick, professional and well organised, with excellent support from start to finish. The turnaround for our solar installation was impressively fast, and the system is now running smoothly. We especially appreciate Arifur for his patience, responsiveness and support throughout the process. We would happily recommend Sunrise Innovations and would use them again for any future work. Note: 5 stars for the service and turnaround. We will continue to monitor the solar system for the months ahead.

We are very happy with Sunrise innovations with their approach to providing us with the information, quoting and onsite installation team. We had the Neopower heat pump installed on the 2nd April and no issues at all. Both plumbing and electrical teams worked well together and were very mindful of our needs/concerns. We highly recommend Sunrise innovations.
