Day 0 was researching non stop and going through reviews on what units are the best to use.  We decided on Aether and reached out to Sunline Energy as we have read good reviews about them ,  so we lodged an ol enquiry at end of day 0.  Day 1 early morning, I got an SMS and email from Rujal Doshi with helpful information on what we possibly need, spoke to him very quickly and he sent through a detailed quote after half an hour.  When we signed up, Mrinal from admin team made it possible to have installation the day after.   Day 3  installers came, installed, cleaned, and handed over within 2hours!  Had some follow up checks after install which then I needed Rujal's help again and he organized for an inspection quickly and rectified the issue.  Thanks to everyone for this seamless install.  Highly recommended!!!! (and i dont usually post reviews)

I had a great experience with Sunline Solar for the installation of my solar system and heat pump. From the beginning, the whole process was smooth and professional. A special thanks to Sunny, the sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He guided me through every step of the process and continued to provide excellent support even after the installation was completed. The installation team was professional, efficient, and completed the work to a high standard. As you know winter weather in Melbourne, i started to get quote to install solar battery system at my house to reduce electricity bill. I had quoted more than 10 companies and got 6 proposal/offer. I started thinking Fox CQ model with 5 kw hybrid inverter but I recognised globird is offering zerohero plan for home battery. I had to research solar battery system and logic of operation via google AI questions. I had to decide to keep existing 5kw solar inverter or not. In order to import grid power upto 10kw, 10kw more hybrid inverter is required so made a decision to replace old inverter with 10kw hybrid inverter. 42kw Fox system needs more cost from $6,000 to $8,000 including additonal cost. Some company offered Solix battery with $9,000 but I didn't know that brand except portable power station. My existing solar inverter was GoodWe and I had had no issue for 5 years and found GoodWe all in one system with 10 kw hybrid module. I had to quoted again and also quoted my past installer company, Sunline Energy. I remembered that company's process was smooth in installing my existing solar system. I got offer $10,800 from one company without hidden cost and Sunline offered $1,300 more. I had to think cheaper offer or past experience of installation. Sunny in Sunline Energy was very calm and willing to listen my enquiries and not forced to hurry up my decision. Finally, I chose my past installer, Sunline Energy although their offered cost is higher than other one. Installation was one time delayed but installed next day without critical issue. There was one happening due to early changing my plan to Globird ZeroHero plan. I expected higher bill and asked Sunny to arrange earlier inpection and he made best effort to consder my situation. 10 days later, inspection was completed witout any issue. Finally, my solar battery system operated, but there was issue in recently updated firmware of GoodWe. The problem was that the battery system won't discharge power to home although charging was ok. I contacted Sunny about this issue and he followed it up urgently and his company worker called next day but i could not answer. Although i sorted firmware issue with raising ticket to GoodWe technical support team, I appreciate Sunny's post- communication attitude. This is the reason why I chose my previous installer, Sunline Energy. Thanks for your help, Sunny.

I recently had Sunline Energy upgrade my 6kW solar panel array to 17.75kW and a 48kW battery and a heat pump hot water service. (Yes the old 13 year old system works along with the new one). Sunny was my consultant and I found that he was fantastic to deal with. I didn’t feel pressured into the sale and he was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. We did run into some issues during the install but this was due to the end of an absolute bargain of a rebate and it was hard to get installers. But Sunny managed to get this sorted out. After the solar and battery install was completed, I was very happy to continue with Sunny and I ordered the heat pump hot water system replacement. Thank you again to Sunny as he managed to arrange this very promptly and I think I waited about 1 week before it was promptly installed. I’d also like to thank Faith, Zac, Sam, Hamid and the rest of the team. Everyone was really polite and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Hamid for finding that tiny plastic screw cover, your attention to detail is appreciated.

Very happy with the whole experience, had our battery and solar installed in a quick 2 month turnaround. The team were very efficient and professional. Highly recommend for solar battery installation at a very competitive price.
