We recently engaged SolarAide to upgrade our existing FoxESS battery stack from 23.3kWh to 38kWh, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The installation team was highly competent, professional, polite, and transparent throughout the process. During the upgrade, they identified a major non-compliance issue from the original battery installation and rectified it on the spot, clearly explaining the problem and the corrective actions required. Talal and the team did an amazing job end to end. Very polite and insightful. They actually came over and inspected my place, helped choosing the battery system, delivered on the promise to install it promptly without compromising on quality. The installation experience was great, turned out very neat. The installer took his time to explain, test the system and answer all the questions I had. Absolutely would recommend.
