I’ve had a great experience with this company from start to finish. From the day I received their brochure through to the installation and ongoing support, the service has been excellent. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Their customer service, communication, battery installation, app setup, and IT support have all been first class. Since installing the 20 kW battery system, I’ve seen significant savings on my power bills and have been very happy with the performance. It's been a fantastic investment for our home. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a battery system. Majid Sarvi Darimi

I’m very happy with the whole process of ordering and installation of solar batteries at my home with Solar Battery Group. I definitely recommend them for an easy, trouble free time getting solar batteries installed! #326409

Excellent service and solar battery product, from initial contact through to 3 months later. I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a new solar panel system as I just wanted a solar battery to compliment our already operational solar panel system. We have already saved so much and the app that comes with the AlphaEss battery is super easy to use - it gets a bit addictive to be honest! We went with Amber Electricity so we could control what prices we were paying for electricity and when we could sell energy too. Feels great to have that kind of transparency over your energy usage and bills!

The team at Solar Battery Group make the buying and installation process simple. They take care of the entire schedule and keep you informed via call and SMS of the installation timing. The installation team here in Victoria are excellent and did an outstanding neat and tidy installation. All wires were well sealed and safe and hidden from exterior site. There are many companies that over commit to timing and installation, buying from Solar Battery Group was a low risk experience. Order #310415

I couldn’t be happier with the solar battery installation at my house in Sydney! From the very first phone call, Solar Battery Group made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team arrived right on time on the day it was raining like hell. I offered to rescedule but all three installerd replied that the will do their best to keep going and I must admit they did a great job., were incredibly professional, and explained everything clearly — including how the battery would work with my existing solar panels and how I could monitor it on my phone. They kept the site spotless, worked efficiently, and even took the time to show me a few extra tips for getting the most out of the system. Since the battery was installed, my energy bills have dropped significantly, and I love knowing I’ve got backup power during storms or peak times. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the customer service has been top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Solar Battery Group to anyone thinking about adding battery storage. They’re honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for making the switch to energy independence so easy! — Norbert, Sydney NSW
