The sales/quoting process was professional, transparent and consultative. Mick took the time to understand my requirements, provided balanced advice and presented a clear, comprehensive proposal that gave me confidence in my decision. We purchased a SigEnergy 60kw (54kw useable) battery + Gateway & Home Backup. My electricity bill has gone from $23 per day (peak / worst winter days) to 3 cents. I'm realising the payback on investment faster than expected. Mick visited our home to work through after an initial phone call. This is unique in the solar/battery industry, many try to sell you over the phone. The installation was excellent. Carlo!! The team was punctual, professional and respectful of my home. The workmanship was of a high standard, communication was clear throughout, and they left the site clean and tidy. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you Jodi and Chris. The team managed the entire process seamlessly, including the grid connection, kept me informed throughout and took the time to explain the system and answer my questions. The level of service before, during and after the installation exceeded my expectations.

Very happy with the advice and guidance received from Smarter Home Solutions via Chris & Jodi. Installation and running of my new Sigenergy Battery went perfectly and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to you. Installers were polite, punctual and on time. Arrived at 7:45am and job was completed by 3:30pm. The installation was very neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the job was complete. They had to connect the battery to a 10 year old solar panel system and that was completed without a hitch. I recommend that you select this company for your solar battery needs.

Smarterhome installed a Sigenergy Battery system, EV charger and new Solar panels to replace our aging solar panels. The team was great from start to finish! From Frank walking us through all the different options, and advised what would be suitable for us. Jodi, for helping us co-ordinate and deal with the paperwork. To Carlo and the boys on install, who were great to have around and worked around our needs to minimize disruptions. Process has been smooth from start to finish!

We contacted Smarter Home Solutions, Epping regarding updating our 15-year old solar panel system. They provided us with good advise, how to go about and gave us a competitive quote that we couldn't refuse. In the following day they put us in-touch with Solar Victoria, to apply for their grant and loan, which they approved. Soon after a date was fixed and 2 weeks after that the panels were installed. On the same day we were connected to the grid and started to benefit from the solar energy. On the installation day, a team of 4 very friendly, happy and an energetic team arrived on time did an excellent job in completing the task on the same day. The team communicated well, recommending the best place to install the Inverter, labelled every thing clearly, tidied up the premises, gave me a run down of the monitor, hooked me on to the App on my mobile. So glad that we contracted Smarter Home Solutions. A project well done.

After seeking 5 different quotes I selected Smarter Home Solutions to provide my solar and battery solution. With an existing 3.5kW solar system, Sean and the team put together a system that linked the old system to additional solar and a new SigEnergy 24kW/h battery. Pricing was highly competitive and the installation by David and the team was exceptional. They took great care to make the installation neat and tidy and the system has been seamless from the start. Support during and after the installation from Sean, Jodi and Chris has been prompt and highly valuable.
