I have been waiting 8 months for my battery installation and these guys are just so bad at communicating. They did do my solar panels but I have been waiting over 30 days to fix my solar app so I can monitor my solar. When I get hold of them they just say yes yes yes, we are on it, then nothing happens. Very disappointed
Installtion is very poor. Been 6 months since installation. System have not worked properly for one month since than. Every time i contacted them they always have excuses. My provider still not have any notification about my install for feed back. Battery is not charging. Ct is saying its reveersed. Canopy was broken since install and installed too low and its in the way of walkway for us. Will give -1 star review if i could. If i won't look at app and had no knowledge about solar system i won't know the issue. Will not recommend any one.
Its been a great pleasure to get service provided by SES. To name a few, Aaron ,Emanuel, Reza (electrician) and all his crew members were very dedicated and professional.I have to thank Aaron specially for his kind and down to earth approach.I received nice,smooth,professional experience throughout the process.A big Clap for the whole SES team.
I recently worked with SES Solar Retailer, and despite a lengthy process due to various technical and organizational issues, the outcome is quite promising. The team at SES, especially our sales representative Andy, was with us every step of the way. He kept us informed, addressed our concerns, and ensured that we were comfortable with each decision. Special thanks to Maggi for organizing a quick installation once we had a solution. We’re still learning to configure the system, but we’re already very happy with it. Despite the challenges, SES’s professionalism and dedication made it all worthwhile.
I recently got a 10 KW system installed at my roof and I appreciate the system's quality and energy level it produces.
