BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY... I was referred to Renewable Supply from Hello Solar, and they offered a reasonable offer on a home battery. I agreed and paid a $500 deposit. They booked an installation date, and I was assured they had stock. Then the day before installation, they cancelled due to lack of stock, and I was assured they would get some in the next week. From there it was hard to get any response, when I tried following up, I kept talking to different people, nobody kept following my case. Eventually they came back and said that they couldn't do the install, and said to send my bank account details. I did so, and initially they did not refund the deposit, even after multiple emails and phone calls, I got not response. Then after 4months, and after I had posted a negative review, they did get back to me, offering that they would refund the deposit, BUT WOULD ONLY GIVE A FULL DEPOSIT REFUND AFTER I DELETE MY PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW... (ie, they gave $300 initially, and would only give the other $200 after I deleted the review).
Absolutely stoked with the service and pricing these guys offered, miles better value than the other mob quoting for solar panels and battery solutions. The whole team I dealt with were an absolute pleasure, really down-to-earth and genuinely took the time to understand what I needed. They walked me through everything step by step and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. Couldn't recommend them enough for anyone looking to go solar!
Great service. Highly recommended!
Renewable Supply seems like a professional and reliable solar and battery provider in Australia. They offer a good range of renewable energy solutions, and their overall approach appears customer-focused and informative. A great option to consider for anyone looking into solar panels and battery solutions. Highly recommended!
Neat and seemless installation done at a very affordable price. Also, great aftersales service which has made things a lot easier than before :)
