I had a Daikin 3.5kW system installed by Pure Electric, and I’m extremely happy with their service. The install team were kind, professional, and very tidy — they did a clean install and carefully filled any gaps to prevent draughts. Tom (the salesman) was fantastic, explaining everything and helping me understand what size system would suit my room. I felt supported throughout the process. The Daikin system is working beautifully, and I’m so glad I chose this team!
pure electric we’re a great help in selecting and installing two new daikin ACs to enable our family to get off the old gas ducted heater. Advice on sizing was spot on now we have been through our first non gas winter and they also sorted out the complexity of rebates without any fuss for us. Excellent advice, price, product and service, I’m glad I asked them to quote.
Very happy with install and process from start to finish. Communication was excellent. I was really impressed with John Hooper and also the install team. While it was definitely not a cheap heat pump. I feel that i I got value for money and it was the best for my application. I'm in the renewable industry my self and was tossing up solar hot water vs heat pump. After talking with John I was reassured that a heat pump was the way to go and with long warranties backing the product I think it was a great decision.

Matthew and his team provided a commendable service starting with an in-depth specification based upon our NatHERS rating (7.4*) and local climate data rather than a one size fits all formula for calculating the necessary heating & cooling capacity required. Pure Electric's communication was clear and prompt, and their engineer was on-time, helpful and provided a neat installation of 3 split systems.
