Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my solar system installed by **JetSolar**, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. **Smooth Consultation & Quoting** Adam and Scott were my first points of contact. The initial site visit and quoting process was incredibly smooth, straightforward, and highly professional. They set a fantastic tone for the rest of the project. **Outstanding Installation Crew** A massive shoutout to the installation crew: Jaxon, Brock, and Aiden for their marvellous work. They are a young crew, but they are extremely polite, talented, organized, and remarkably clean with their work. Their high level of professionalism was impressive, and I am confident that a very bright future and career awaits them within the solar industry. Thanks to everyone at JetSolar—keep up the great work! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless solar installation.

Most excellent from first contact to final commission. They are a very well-oiled machine. Adam made sure that everything is very well set up exactly as we want. Scott, Jason and the others came in, had a look to make sure everything's correct, went up on the roof and double-checked everything. When the installation came, the guys just ripped in it, put it up all within a few hours and then within 24 hours the inspector had been and everything was turned on and running well.

I signed a contract with Jet Solar for the purchase and installation of 2 Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries on 15th December '25 . Prior to that I was advised by Adam the Sales Manager that earliest they could install would be mid-March due order backlog and the fact that they only used their own 'in house' installation team. Scott made contact in early February to physically scope the job prior to the install and a mutually agreed date for the installation was set. True to their word, the installation crew were at my front door at 7 am 13th March '26 in their smart well fitted out JET SOLAR truck. Sarina introduced herself and the crew and they went about their job quietly and with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. At the end of the works they cleaned up and Sarina demonstrated the fundamentals of the Tesla App. Without any doubt in my mind, I would highly recommend Jet Solar as a reputable and professional company to deal with.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! A huge thank you to Adam, Scott, Cyrina, Jaxon and Jason for a flawless solar and battery installation. The team was incredibly polite, punctual, reliable and friendly the entire time. It’s rare to come across a crew that works so professionally while also being genuinely great people to deal with. I was quite particular about where the battery and gateway would be installed, and the team took the time to listen and get everything exactly right. Nothing felt rushed and they were happy to make sure the layout was perfect. The final result looks fantastic — neat, tidy and very professional. Everything is working perfectly and the system is performing exactly as promised. Best of all, I’m now running without grid power, which is an amazing feeling! Couldn’t be happier with the result and I’d highly recommend this team to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

I applied to have a Tesla Powerwall 3 and expanders installed through the Tesla website. Jet Solar was chosen by Tesla, as Jet Solar are one of their Premium Installers, to contact me and provide a quote. I already had a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector installed in my garage. Adam from Jet Solar was very easy and friendly to deal with, and was very accommodating to changes that I requested (position of Powerwalls and solar panels). The sparkies were all Jet Solar staff. Very friendly, polite and professional. Punctuality was spot-on; they were here ready to go exactly on time. I'm a perfectionist, and their workmanship even impressed me beyond my expectations. The solar panel arrays look exactly the same on both sides of my roof, and the Powerwall 3 and Expanders are perfectly installed (allowing for one more expander when my budget allows :-) ). They even removed my broken roof tiles when they cleaned up, and they left all the areas where they worked cleaner and neater than when they started !!! They walked me through the app connection and made sure I was happy with the Tesla app integration. They even pre-booked the Electrical Safety Inspector ahead of time (he came the next morning after installation) so my system could be commissioned and fully integrated to the grid :-) 10 / 10 ! Very highly recommended
