Invincible Energy’s electrician was amazing. Worked overtime to get the system up and running. Shane was very knowledgeable, efficient and his work was excellent. They checked our existing switchboard and made sure everything was up to code. Helped us understand the installed system and how the App worked.
I am particularly happy with their after sale services, where they supported me to fix an emergency issue (leaking pipe) in my heat pump after a few years of its installation that had not had any issues. Staff very understanding and helpful. All in all, a good responsible company who values the customer satisfaction.
Highly recommend this company for anyone seeking home batteries. Different brand from the main competitors, at the fraction of the cost!!! I had 2 things I needed to resolve and the company was very positive and helpful resolving my issues. The installed batteries were very neatly done and clean looking Overall could not complain!
We had a really positive experience with Invincible Energy. At first, we were unsure as other companies had said they couldn’t complete the installation within our required timeframe. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything progressed from our initial enquiry. We had a 42kW Fox battery installed alongside our existing solar panels, and the whole process was completed efficiently. Every staff member we dealt with—from admin, to delivery, to installation and follow-up—was friendly, professional, and helpful. So far, we haven’t had any issues with the system. The app works well, and we appreciated the honest advice we were given to help us get the most out of our setup. The installation was also completed in time for us to qualify for the government rebate before it changed in May, which we were very grateful for. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result.
