Extremely helpful and professional company. From initial contact for information to the installation, Everyday Solar worked with me to provide the best solution. They were meticulous to ensure everything met standards and cleaned up when finished.
After a disappointing start, they have now fixed my issue. My advice to all is to clearly define and agree on the terms before commencement. The solar techs were all great and professional. Thank you Austin and his team.
The sales team come to my house and advised I could have batteries installed on the same side of the house as my other infrastructure. When the electrician and instalation team (they were very good) came out, they advised the batteries could not be installed there and had to be done on the other side of the house that was clear from any obstacles. The battery was installed and is working fine, but there was some incidental damage to my garden during the works. Since instalation, I have received a lot of emails from the energy supplier to do with paying fees for connection application and alteration. I contacted Everyday Solar numerous times, also asking them to help with changing my linked email address (as it was linked to a work email and I wasn't advised I should consider which email address I used in the setup), but there has been no response. The experience has been mixed and I would say the sales and after sales service is very ordinary at best. Avoid these guys.

I had a fantastic experience with this solar company. From start to finish, the service was excellent and communication was clear and consistent. The team was respectful, patient, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process and they worked through some extremely hot days! They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar installation.
