I'm leaving this review purely to assist others when looking for a Solar installer who actually uses actual electricians, designers who know what they are doing, and installers who listen and help the customer. I heard about Essential Solar through a friend who had them doing his install in the same suburb, and he was really happy with their work. I was very satisfied with the consultation process (Multiple calls, e-mails, and designs) to get the best design as my roof was made by some lunatic who seemed to have a problem with simplicity. We were able to agree to remove my Aerial and re-route sewer escape to enable a larger string of panels on the largest flat area of roof. The price was very competetive and in line with other quotes I recieved, with the difference being that they were able to offer better quality batteries and system for the same price. The electrician who came out to inspect was great, very knowlegable and on time, and was able to work with me to select a battery location that suited. On the day of installation I forgot to remove my aerial but the Essential Solar team was able to remove it for me. When I wasn't able to source replacement tiles that matched my current roof tiles in colour or style (only in fit compatability) the team went above and beyond by: 1 - Removing existing good tiles from under the solar panels, and putting the "odd" tiles I had in their place so they weren't visible. 2 - Replaced the cracked tiles with the good tiles in visible spots it's worth noting these were NOT tiles they broke! I don't think they broke any tiles, these were existing cracked or repaired tiles on my roof and they swapped them for me on the day. A+ I would highly recommend Essential Solar, the system has been operating without a hitch since day one and their communication was far better than all the other companies I recieved quotes from.

Outstanding Experience with Essential Solar Tullamarine From the very beginning, my experience with Sam Valenti and his team at Essential Solar Tullamarine has been nothing short of excellent. Sam took the time to break down the complexities of solar systems and batteries, making every aspect accessible and easy to understand. His ability to explain technical details in straightforward terms was invaluable and gave me complete confidence in my choice moving forward. Sam explained everything perfectly and l felt no pressure whatsoever unlike with other companies. The customer service team demonstrated pure perfection and were always available assisting me whenever needed. All questions were answered with honesty and patience which made for a easy experience. They were well-informed and this made the whole experience so comfortable. Then once l went ahead, the technical team arrived on time, were extremely patient and knowledgeable and overall highly skilled and professional. They worked seamlessly and cleaned up after themselves so l really had to do nothing but enjoy the experience. Overall a fantastic easy experience. For anyone considering solar energy whether it be panels or battery, I wholeheartedly recommend you go no further than contacting Sam Valenti and his team at Essential Solar Tullamarine. You can not go past their professionalism, transparency, and expertise which set them apart, making the journey to renewable energy both rewarding and reassuring.

Quite simply, from the first interaction right through to the completion of the installation, Essential Solar's office and field staff were exceptional. I particularly was more than impressed with 3 visits to assess the best way to install due to the physical limitations of the property, and then on the day the installation team did another assessment and came up with an even better solution. Absolutely the best service and best installation experience. Essential Solar deserve nothing less than the highest recommendation.

Essential Solar knows what they are doing, are confident and professional and used friendly and competent installers. They worked with Solar Vic to enable a subsidy. Once the system was installed they completed technical checks and provided solutions when an area wide electricity outage occurred. The installation was done in one morning. All was smooth even though Essential Solar is a busy organisation and my home is out of town in Central Victoria. It is great to be warm in winter and cool in summer using solar. Halved my first energy bill and now, even with the cooler weather, doing even better. Essential Solar set up access to the Goodwe Aop for continuous information about the functioning of my solar, battery and inverter, as well as my connection to the grid.

Fantastic experience with Essential Solar and I keep going back for more! So far the team have completely replaced and upgraded our old solar system, installed a PowerWall 3 with 2 extension packs, and replaced our old gas heating with a brand new ducted HVAC system. I always ensure that I have multiple quotes for jobs like these and also do my own research. Not only did Essential Solar provide a very competitive quote... they listen. It was evident from the first consultation with Asad that it is not just about sales, it's about meeting the actual needs of the customer. That's why I keep going back. Also, the team makes everything so easy and you feel supported every step of the way. The install teams have all been great. Quick, no messing around, and clean up at the end of the job. Everyone has been polite, professional, and obviously take great care in everything that they do. Ed, Asad, Sam, Hayley... and all of the guys... keep being awesome!
