Very happy that Emily (she's great!) and team helped to install solar panel and battery right before rebate finished. The system worked great! I have recommended to a few friends and all jobs have been done on time!

After a little tooing and froing our system is installed. Unfortunatley we missed the cut off time for the initial Govt offer , our own fault , though due to the very good communication from Samantha during that process we decided that , once time to relook at a battery , Sam and E Cubic Energy would feature prominently in our decision making process. There did appear to be a little mis-communication behind the scenes however it was sorted. Now we look forward to understanding the full benefits of our purchase - Wayne and Geraldine Frankston

This company is one of the best I've had in Melbourne.I work in the construction industry myself. They are incredibly attentive and patient with details, which is rare. Their professionalism is one aspect, and they even cleaned up all the debris after installation. I also want to commend their service. The person who served me was named Kevin Pang, and his patience and attentiveness are definitely a plus for the company. I hope their after-sales service will remain just as good in the future. Having a professional installation team and a dedicated service team behind them is really great.

Even after the job was completed, she still took the time to check in and make sure I was happy with the final result. Samantha Colosimo was professional, friendly, easy to deal with, and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. She also provided me with a really good price for the work, which I genuinely appreciated. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Samantha definitely went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

Samantha is one of the best sales consultants I have seen and helped me with everything. The installers were awesome and very polite and humble. Loved their work! E3 energy is highly recommended!
