Dean and his team have problem solved multiple electrical problems with our renovation and he has been a pleasure to work with. He is always responsive and his pricing is always fair. He even resolved wiring up and connecting our vintage wall phone! Highly recommended!

I couldn’t recommend Direct Point Electrical Berwick highly enough. They recently completed a range of work for us including installing three security cameras and wall mounting our TV, all of which was done to a very high standard with great attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was their honesty and professionalism when it came to installing data points. Rather than just going ahead and charging more later, they clearly explained the challenges due to our double-storey home construction. They walked us through the fact that it would require significant wall cutting and work beyond the original scope, which we genuinely appreciated. That level of transparency is rare and builds a lot of trust. On top of that, one of their technicians took the time to give us advice about air conditioning options for our home, which was incredibly helpful and well beyond what we expected from the visit. Great workmanship, clear communication, and genuine customer care. Highly recommended.

Direct Point weren't the first to get back to me with a quote, but when they did, it was the one I liked most. They took the time to walk me through the assumptions behind the pricing over the phone, which I appreciated — no surprises. Communication was great throughout, with regular check-ins leading up to the job. On the day, Michael and Hayden arrived on time and did exactly what was needed - routing fibre cable through the false ceiling without any extra drilling or disturbing the interior panels. They were professional, easy to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was neat and tidy, they cleaned up after themselves, and as part of their standard service also carried out complimentary switchboard and smoke alarm inspections. Genuinely felt like I was getting good value. Would happily recommend.

I had Josh from Direct Point Electrical Berwick attend my property today to install an exterior wall light and sensor. Josh worked very hard to achieve the best results for me.
