At the first day of the installation of the 28.8kWh Battery System, the system ran one 9.6kWh battery only. After your staff fixed the network problem on the next day, the battey system is running good now. Thanks Desmond & your tech team. Also, from the very beginning, your promotion staff Sky, is a very nice, friendly & helpful person, no push, just explained your products in details. Then thanks your Sales staff Desmond, Jade and Manager Connie, you not only gave me a very good price for the system, but also provide very good after-sales service.

Really happy with my experience with Delight Solar installing my Neovolt battery system. Jade was great to deal with from the start. She was easy to talk to, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Brad, the installer, did an excellent job. He was professional, tidy, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left.
