At the first day of the installation of the 28.8kWh Battery System, the system ran one 9.6kWh battery only. After your staff fixed the network problem on the next day, the battey system is running good now. Thanks Desmond & your tech team. Also, from the very beginning, your promotion staff Sky, is a very nice, friendly & helpful person, no push, just explained your products in details. Then thanks your Sales staff Desmond, Jade and Manager Connie, you not only gave me a very good price for the system, but also provide very good after-sales service.

Really happy with my experience with Delight Solar installing my Neovolt battery system. Jade was great to deal with from the start. She was easy to talk to, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Brad, the installer, did an excellent job. He was professional, tidy, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left. Overall, the experience was smooth and straightforward, and the quality of the work was excellent. I’d happily recommend Delight Solar to anyone looking at Neovolt batteries or a solar upgrade.

Delight solar was recommended via parents as they had their solar and battery installed. I purchased 24kwh Sigenerygy and love it. My daily bill was averaging $23 dollars a day on and now it's less than $1.40 a day. I would like to compliment Connie for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly and made my experience a great one. She went above and beyond to help me setup what I needed. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. It was so easy to get everything organised in a short time. Pricing was fair and transparent - definitely value for money. I would highly recommend this business.
