Anyone looking for a solar installer, read this before deciding. I had a solar system installed by Amazing Solar in Jan last year. Everything was good at first, and their price was cheaper than others. However, things changed recently when I started getting water leaking into my ceiling after heavy rain. I arranged for a contractor to inspect the issue, and they confirmed the water is leaking from the solar cable roof penetration. When I contacted Amazing Solar, they denied the warranty claim and said they only provide 6 months warranty for this type of issue. However, their own warranty policy clearly states they provide 10 years workmanship warranty. What shocked me the most was that they repeatedly told me on the phone that the solar cable roof penetration is “not part of their workmanship”. How funny is that? They were the ones who cut the roof tile and installed the penetration, but now refuse to take responsibility when it leaks. I now have to arrange and pay for my own technician to repair the penetration and will be bringing this matter to Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT. Cheap price means nothing if the company refuses responsibility when problems happen later.

I recently had a solar battery system installed at my home by Amazing Solar, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their workmanship was outstanding—they were professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced. Impressively, they completed the full installation within just two and a half hours, maintaining top-quality standards throughout. All compliance requirements were properly handled, and the entire journey—from negotiation and loan approval to final installation—was smooth and hassle-free. I genuinely appreciate the teamwork, professionalism, and polite behaviour of everyone involved. I would highly recommend Amazing Solar to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free solar solution. Wishing the team continued success in the future!

I have installed a 6.6 kw solar panels with 5kw Goodwe inverter for my house in Feb 2025 through Amazing Solar. And in April 16 2026, I installed the Fox ess 41.93kw batteries with a 9.9kw inverter again through Amazing Solar, this company gives me confidence by my last experience. My salesman is Harry R. He is responsible and professional, he arranged an efficient and nice team to do the installation. They finished the job within 3 hours including cleaning up. I love the batteries size slim and good looking.I’m happy to introduce Harry R if you are looking for solar product.

Had a great experience with Amazing solar. At each step the team were prompt on getting back to my queries. Really professional on all fronts. Kasper made it extra simple and took time to explain and breakdown different things on the quote which I didn't get with other installers. The whole process was pretty quick and had it all set up end to end within a span of a couple of weeks. I was not pushed to purchase any particular product like other sellers. Highly recommend them.
