Multiple phone calls a day from different sales personnel until initial deposit was paid then zero communication until I chased up when the actually site visit was. This was then booked and cancelled until installation day leaving little chance to prepare for cable route solutions.

Happy so far - the communication was good, delivery, install and post installation has been fine. My solar install was fairly complex and we required a scissor lift which had a few hiccups involved. Other than that it was pretty seamless. I would recommend. Edit - such a pity as my experience was good but I have since uncovered that the solar deployment method used has introduced severe, hidden defects to my system, which I am currently disputing with 3P Solar. Be very wary when using optimizers - particularly when installed using an unauthorized "blind configuration".

3P Solar has been a pleasure to work with. Their customer service support has been very clear and were able to answer any questions that we had. The company also an amazing job installing our solar panels.

I am very impressed with 3P Solar, the whole team is amazing from start to finish. Support team are knowledgeable and follow up my request promptly. The solar panels / batteries are efficient even in Autumn time. Video By Me - Jessie/Jeszhi

I submitted a 5 star review for a project 3P completed for me two years ago. Unfortunately, two years later, 3P have let me down very badly. Last week I was informed that 3P could not deliver an order for a system which I originally placed more than 3 months ago. This means that I have wasted three months of my time and expended considerable useless effort having to constantly and repeatedly follow 3P up as to the status of my proposed installation. Because 3P strung me along for three months with the ongoing falsehood that the installation would eventually take place as committed, I also lost the opportunity to pursue an engagement with another supplier. This means I risk losing the full Federal Government battery subsidy if I cannot find an alternative supplier who can deliver within the required time frame, and also have lost around two months of savings which I would have received by installing the new system within a reasonable period (say, one month) after I first engaged with 3P. In addition, 3P's inability to provide me with an inspection and installation date throughout the past two months, whilst I was repeatedly told that a date would be provided in the near future, has jeopardised my holiday travel plans over this period, to the annoyance and inconvenience of my family as well as myself. It is unfair and completely commercially unacceptable for any company, let alone 3P, who claim to be a market leader, to accept an order and then take three months to finally decide that they will not be able to deliver it. Today, 3P refused to offer me any compensation whatsoever for its poor performance, the value of my wasted time, or actual and potential lost savings and disrupted travel plans as I have outlined above. I was once a happy 3P customer. Alas, no more.
